The most recent version of Fallout 4 is 1.10.163.0 so make sure your Fallout4.exe file shows that when you hover your pointer over it, You might be playing an older version of the game so make sure your game AND mods have been updated. My mods have always detected my DLC's AS LONG AS THE MOD IS CURRENT Vortex has NEVER reported that my DLC's are dirtyĢ. BTW, I have plenty of mods in my own game, I've never cleaned my DLC's and:ġ. If your mods aren't detecting your game files, then I suspect your have a much bigger problem than dirty DLC's. Also, to take this one step further, if you do a file integrity check through Steam, it will fail and Steam will now download new files, putting you right back where you started. There are conflicting views on this but cleaning the DLC's is generally not recommended. In Vortex, the DLCs are flagged as Dirty and they are not detected by the Mods, you need to use the FO4EditQuickAutoClean to clean them, however, this never happened to me before, and now every time I download the FO4 from Steam the DLCs are like this, I´ve even formatted my PC and reinstall everything but didn't solve the problem.
